A Weekend in Venice

My skateboarding photography project was an unscripted adventure that took me from Pennsylvania to the vibrant Venice Beach Skate Park. Armed only with my Polaroid 195, a strobe, and unwavering determination, I embarked on a journey that unfolded organically. I captured captivating images, forged connections with people from diverse corners of the world, and even had the privilege of helping one individual raise funds for much-needed crutches. This experience was pure and untamed, a reminder that as creatives, we should allow ourselves the freedom to create without self-judgment or undue pressure. It was about building a vision on the go, cultivating new relationships, honing skills, and venturing far beyond our comfort zones—a true testament to the essence of creative exploration.
